The short version

We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply and quote your work. We count page visits and button clicks without cookies and without knowing who you are. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What you send us

When you use the quote form, the fit call form or the message form, we receive what you enter, which can include:

Your name and email address
Your phone number, if you add one
Your business name or type, how you work today, and the problems you describe
Your answers to the quote questions, such as team size, tools you use and the best time or way to reach you

Please do not put sensitive details, such as health records, payment card numbers or passwords, in any form.

What we record automatically

With each form you send: the date and time, the page you sent it from, your browser and device type (the user agent), and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address. We use the code only to block spam and limit repeat submissions. We do not store your actual IP address with your message.
Visit and click counts: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, when a form is started or sent, which industry is picked, and whether the device is a phone, tablet or desktop. These are tied to a random code that lives only for your browser tab session. We use no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
On your own device: if you pick an industry, your browser remembers that choice so the site can show matching examples. It stays in your browser and you can clear it any time.

Who helps us run the site

A few service providers handle data for us and only so we can run the site:

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions and visit counts.
Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code libraries, so your browser connects to them when a page loads.
An email delivery service may send us a notice when a form comes in, so we can reply faster.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to talk with you and keep normal business records. Visit and click counts are kept in summary for site improvement. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent us. Reach us through the message form on our contact page or email info@sayne.io and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
